Officials with Franklin-based RyMed Technologies say District Judge Kevin Sharp has cleared them of violating a patent held by competitor Vygon. Sharp's ruling comes after U.S. Patent and Trademark Office examiners arrived at the same conclusion. RyMed claimed a similar victory in another case two months ago.
