Assault complaint filed against General Sessions judge candidate
Davidson County General Sessions judge candidate Michael Rowan has been accused of physically assaulting a court process server at his Green Hills-area residence while he was being served a civil warrant.
The Metro Nashville Police Department is investigating the complaint, filed by Kasey and Jeremy Frank, a married couple who work together as private process servers.
