Solomon Builders Inc. announced today that Reid Hinesley has joined the Nashville-based firm as director of new business development.

Previously, Hinesley (pictured here) owned Reid & Co. Construction, LLC. He also worked as a commercial sub-contractor for several years and gained experience in commercial construction while working alongside Solomon Builders on Middle Tennessee area projects.

The Purdue University graduate spent seven years with U.S. builder NVR, graduating from NVR’s 18-month intensive production training program and working as a project and cost control manager.

“Reid’s networking and communication skills are truly an asset to our team,” Ty Osman, president and co-owner of Solomon Builders, said in a release. “We are really looking forward to working with Reid in developing our business and maintaining both long-standing and new company partnerships.”
