TBA Today, the online news outlet for the Tennessee Bar Association, reports that Davidson County Probate Court Judge Randy Kennedy on Monday indicated he would be willing to open at least portions of a conservatorship case involving Dr. John Witherspoon, father of actress Reese Witherspoon. Kennedy has set a June 1 hearing for arguments. The actress has been attempting to have a conservator appointed for her father.
