All inmates at a Corrections Corp. of America facility in Natchez, Miss., were back in their cells Monday following a weekend riot that left one guard dead and more than a dozen others injured. In the wake of the violence, a number of activists accused Nashville-based CCA of not providing proper health care or living conditions, but the local sheriff said gang activity may have sparked the unrest.
