Shares of Acadia Healthcare are up more than 4 percent in Wednesday afternoon trading after the behavioral health care provider said it would price at $15.50 the more than 8 million shares it has registered to sell. That price is just 3 percent below Acadia's closing price on April 27, the last trading day before it announced the offering.
