National Health Investors has inked a deal to buy an 18-month-old, 125-bed skilled nursing home in Texas from Legend Healthcare. The $13.4 million acquisition will be funded by cash and debt. Murfreesboro-based NHI runs about 130 facilities in more than 20 states.
