Former Skyville Records president and Lyric Street exec Kevin Herring will next start his new job as vice president of promotion at EMI Records Nashville, the home of Alan Jackson and Eric Church, among others. Herring last year ran Skyville Records and before that helped build Disney's now-defunct Lyric Street Records.
