A seven-year-old restaurant chain sporting a mountain lodge theme complete with "Lumber-Jill" outfits plans to open the doors to its first Tennessee restaurant next month. Twin Peaks is taking the place of the former Smokey Bones on Service Merchandise Boulevard just north of Moores Lane and will hire about 100 people.
