O'Charley's faces more buyout litigation

The planned sale of O'Charley's to Fidelity National Financial has a few more legal challengers. At least three more putative class actions have been filed this week against the Nashville-based restaurant chain and its directors. The attorneys representing the plaintiffs are George Barrett — who last week also filed what appeared to be the first class action related to Fidelity National's $221 million deal — and Vanderbilt professor and former Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis partner Mark Pickrell.
