The Vanderbilt University Office of the Dean of Students is undertaking major organizational changes regarding diversity and leadership development.

As reported by myvu.com, the moves will result in the creation of two new offices (the Office of Intercultural Affairs and Advocacy and the Office of Leadership Development), the re-purposing of an existing office and the establishment of a pair of cross-departmental committees.
