Private-equity firms Blackstone and Hellman & Friedman have shuffled the board of health care payment intermediary Emdeon a bit, including by enlarging it by one seat. Blackstone exec Robert Galvin has stepped down to make way for former Allscripts chairman and HealthSpring board member Philip Pead as well as former Harris Corp. boss Howard Lance. Both new directors will get six-figure retainers and options.
