Nashville-based RANDA Solutions will move in late January to Boyle Investment Co.'s 5000 Meridian office building in Cool Springs.
A fixture for several years on Fesslers Lane just east of downtown, Randa is making the move for extra space and logistical reasons.
"Though we've outgrown our current facility, sheer growth isn't the only factor in our move,” said Marty Reed (pictured), RANDA chief executive officer. “We place a lot of value on our employees, [and] this location provides improved proximity to about three-quarters of our staff."
In recent years, RANDA has grown to more than 50 employees and generated approximately $10 million in revenue. The company, which focuses on educational software, has been named to the Inc. 5000 list three times.
Randall Dennis, RANDA chief strategy officer, said company growth is directly related to extensive work in K12 education contracts with a number of states, school districts in 17 states and schools in a number of foreign countries.
"We’re pleased to enjoy dynamic growth at a time when so many firms are in contraction,” Dennis said. “And we project continued growth as we are more engaged with interests throughout the nation, in Washington D.C. and abroad."
When it opened in August, 5000 Meridian became the first speculative office development unveiled within the Nashville area since the recession.
