Dollar General said an Alabama federal judge has decertified a massive class action accusing it of wrongly classifying store managers as exempt from overtime wages. Since the case seeking overtime pay and other damages was filed six years ago, almost 2,900 store managers had signed on. Unless attorneys for the managers file for and win an appeal, those plaintiffs will be able to move forward only on their own.
