The Cheekwood Botanical Garden & Museum of Art Board of Trustees on Monday announced its new officers, with George B. Stadler to serve as board chair.

Stadler is a founding partner of HMS Capital Management and, previously, regional managing director for the Personal Asset Management group at SunTrust. He graduated from Washington & Lee University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and German and received his MBA with a concentration in finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. 

In addition to Stadler, the board welcomes three new trustees: Lillian Bradford, Katherine Higgins DeLay  and Don MacLeod.
