OneCity looks to lure anchor tenants
Health Care REIT Inc. officials are in talks to secure two anchor tenants for the Toledo, Ohio-based company's proposed OneCity project.
In addition, design is now underway for both the first two buildings and a full campus plan for the health care development, to be located near the under-construction 28th/31st Avenue Connector off Charlotte Avenue and on the western fringe of Nashville's medical district.
Ryan Doyle, Health Care REIT vice president of medical facilities, declined to reveal the names of the two prospective anchor tenants or give an estimated date as to when either could sign a lease.
For the first phase, Earl Swensson Associates will serve as architect, with JE Dunn to handle the general contracting effort, Doyle said. Civil Site Design Group and Landprint Studio has been the planning team through visioning and entitlements and will also be the overall civil engineer and master plan designer with 505 Design, he added.

Deutsche ups Acadia
Deutsche Bank analyst Darren Lehrich has hiked his 'hold' rating on shares of Acadia Healthcare to 'buy' following the behavioral health provider's big secondary stock offering. Franklin-based Acadia's valuation, Lehrich says, should rise on the back of solid fundamentals and "reasonably good consolidation opportunities, including mid-sized chains that could 'move the needle.'" Acadia (Ticker: ACHC) is up about 2 percent in Friday morning trading to about $16.80, some 12 percent below Lehrich's new $19 target.

Year to date, those numbers are up 3.8 percent and 14.7 percent, respectively — not bad numbers if taken as a proxy for the Middle Tennessee economy.
