Despite federal and state incentives — and Tennessee's participation in a landmark infrastructure test project — sales of Nissan's all-electric vehicle have been less than stellar in the Volunteer State. WPLN reports that sales have topped 2,000 in the six other states where the car is available — but in the past six months only 28 have sold in Tennessee.
