The regulatory issues that have flared up publicly around Tennessee Commerce Bancorp in the past month have drawn the attention of a New York law firm that also is taking on General Electric. The Rosen Law Firm says it's preparing a class action and wants to hear from disgruntled shareholders who bought shares of Tennessee Commerce last August as part of a $20 million secondary offering
