Mortgage delinquencies continue trend down
New numbers from real estate research firm CoreLogic show that the delinquency rate on Middle Tennessee mortgages and banks' real-estate-owned ratios edged lower in July while the foreclosure rate rose, reversing a two-month (perhaps flood-induced?) drop.
