SSRCx - the commissioning arm of local architecture engineering firm Smith Seckman Reid - secured a contract with Crescent Resources to facilitate the LEED certification for seven office buildings totaling more than 1 million square-feet in Cool Springs.

The project will conclude in the fourth quarter of this year.
