Web design and e-commerce firm Music City Networks has acquired Zambooie, the developer of online stores and fulfillment services, to create MerchMo. The combined company has some big music names as clients and plans to expand its services.

“Combining merchandising with our existing eCommerce capabilities is a natural fit for both our companies,” said President Lang Scott. “We fill in a lot of gaps by combining our talents and are excited to move aggressively into tour merchandising while we continue to offer the best digital services for our clients.”
