Phillip and Mary Armour O’Reilly, who in 2008 brought the Newk’s Express Café concept to this region with a Murfreesboro store, plan to open another location in Cool Springs early next year. The store will be at 535 Cool Springs Blvd., the strip center where Atlanta Bread Co. recently shut one of its stores.

By the way, the Murfreesboro store’s sales are up 33 percent year to date and recently won the 27-store chain's award for the fastest growth.
