Parent of Zone, KDF files for bankruptcy
Facing a $150 million debt deadline, Citadel Broadcasting has filed to restructure its books and have its lenders exchange their debt for 90 percent of the revamped company's equity. Citadel owns sports talk station 104.5 The Zone and the country-oriented 103 WKDF, which is also the broadcasting home of the Titans.
